How to fight HOA antenna denials in FL

I'm in Manatee County in Florida.

I recently purchased a TN07 My Go2 Antenna because it is unobtrusive and won't mess with the visual athletic that most HOAs worry about.

You can barely see the antenna in the back of my house, but someone did and reported it to the HOA, who then denied it saying that its for "safety".

Are there not laws that prohibit HOAs from outright banning amateur antennas? Surely HOAs would be appreciative of an antenna that is not a huge HF array mounted above the roofline, but rather a flagpole style that is barely visible?

I'm looking for help to fight against my HOA on this denial.

Can someone please provide guidance.

Thanks.

Craig.
