Thanks for sharing this information. It's too bad there are people in the world that attempt to steal from us, but that's the electronic world we live in today.

The ARRL IT Staff is working on this issue at this time, 12 Noon, 9/25. There will also be a news story on our web site about it, explaining it's a scam.
