I bought a Panasonic microwave, and while the product itself works well, I encountered an issue with the door latch after a few months. I reached out to their customer service, and to my surprise, they responded promptly and arranged for a repair without much hassle. Curious about others' experiences, I checked out some panasonic reviews. It seems that while many have had negative encounters in the past, there are also recent positive stories like mine. Perhaps they're making efforts to improve. |
