Hi Jerry, I've not heard of it either in my 34 years as a ham. I've heard that Henry Radio still supports their products as best they can--obviously they may not have parts for products sold decades ago. Similarly, they may not be able to provide details on products produced under contract--the customer may have requested that no information be available to possible competitors.
