I don't think this issue has been resolved. I tried changing my password, but that didn't help. Next I tried clearing the cache, closing the App, re-opening the App again and still got the authentication error when I tried to log in. Next I cleared the cache, and deleted the QST App from the (iPad) device - then downloaded the App to the device again, and tried to log in - same problem ... "Authentication Error". |
