This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by
425DXnews, DXNL, The 599Rpt, John, KK9A, Paul, K1XM, Chuck, N4BQW,
and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

ANTARCTICA.  Prabhu, VU2AXA/p, is QRV from Maitri Base at Indian
Bay.  He will be here until March 4.  QSL via VU2DVC.

EASTERN MALAYSIA, 9M.  Charlotte, KQ1F, and Paul, K1XM, will be QRV
from Sabah, Malaysia, starting in mid March.  Callsigns are 9M6TCR
and 9M6TPR, respectively.  QSL all calls to KQ1F.

ZAIRE, 9Q.  9Q5PA will be QRV for the next 15 months.  QSL via Frank
Patris, c/o American Embassy Kinshasa, Unit 31550, APO 09828, USA.

QATAR, A7.  Chris, A71CW, will be QRT by the end of March.  From
here, he travels to Oman, A4.  No callsign information as yet is
available.

GUERNSEY, GU.  F5SHQ is QRV on CW as MU0ASP.  He expects to be here
for several months.  QSL to Mathieu Roche, 4 Cours de la Liberation,
F 33000 Bordeaux, France.

DJIBOUTI, J2.  Dominique, F5RYC is QRV as J28YC.  QSL via F6EJI.

MIDWAY ISLAND, KH4.  Astronaut Chuck Brady, N4BQW, will be QRV from
here February 27 to March 6, during the closing of the historic
Midway Island Naval Station.  He intends on bringing HF and 2 meter
equipment.  There is also the possibility of some RTTY operation.
The callsign he will use is unknown at this time.  Check
PacketCluster spots for the latest information.

ANTIGUA, V2.  Team Antigua will be QRV again around the ARRL
International DX Phone Contest between February 27 and March 4.
Look for V26A, V26AK, V26B, V26DX, V26E, V26T, V26R, V26RN, V26TS,
and V26U.  QSL via their respective homecalls.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V.  John, KK9A, will be QRV as VP2V/KK9A
during the ARRL International DX Phone Contest.  He intends on
operating as a Single Band entry.  He may also be found on 80 and 40
meters before and after the contest.  QSL via WD9DZV.
