This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

TANZANIA, 5H. Maurizio, IK2GZU will be QRV as 5H3MB from April 7 to
May 8 while working at a local hospital and orphanage. He will be
active in his spare time on the HF bands. QSL to home call.
SAMOA, 5W. A large group of operators are QRV as 5W0M until April
18. Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY, with EME
on 2 meters at limited times. QSL EME QSOs via DL9MS and all others
via DL4SVA.
CHILE, CE. Special event station XR86PL is QRV until April 30 in
commemoration of the 86th anniversary of the Chilean police,
Carabineros de Chile. Activity is on all bands using SSB, RTTY and
PSK. QSL via CE3ETE.
EASTER ISLAND, CE0Y. Pipe, CE3SX is QRV as XR0YX until April 11.
Activity is on 6 meters only from grid DG52. QSL direct to home
call.
PORTUGAL, CT. Special event station CS250CLE is QRV until the end
of 2013 to celebrate the jubilee of the construction 250 years ago
of the Torre dos Clerigos bell tower in Porto. QSL via CS5RPT.
FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA. Special event station DP50IPAHB is
QRV until the end of 2013 in commemoration of the close association
between IPA and amateur radio in Bremen during the last 50 years.

ST. LUCIA, J6. Rob, N7QT is QRV as J6/N7QT and Frans, J69DS is also
QRV from Babonneau until April 16. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters
using CW, SSB and either RTTY or PSK. They will also be singing /P
from various locations on the island. QSL J6/N7QT to home call and
J69DS direct.
SEYCHELLES, S7. Nobby, G0VJG is QRV as S79VJG from the Chalets Anse
Forbans, Mahe Island, IOTA AF-024, until April 16. Activity is on
the HF bands using SSB. QSL direct via G4DFI.
SUDAN, ST. Mario, CT1FTR is QRV as ST2FT from Khartoum until June.
Activity is on the HF bands. QSL to home call.
GREECE, SV. Special event station SV2013ATGM is QRV until April 21
during the 8th International Alexander The Great Marathon. QSL
direct via SZ2TSL.
BELIZE, V3. Ismael, XE1AY and Enrique, XE2AA will be QRV as V31MV
and V32EE, respectively, along with Hernan, V31HU from Twin Cays
from April 6 to 12. Activity will be on all HF bands including 6
meters. QSL all calls via IT9EJW.
MICRONESIA, V6. Haru, JA1XGI is QRV as V63XG from Pohnpei Island,
IOTA OC-010, until April 11. Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using
CW, SSB, RTTY and JT65. QSL to home call.
VIET NAM, XV. Irek, SP3SUX will be QRV as XV4Y from Can Tho during
the SP DX contest. QSL via operator's instructions.
ROMANIA, YO. Special event station YP20ARER is QRV until the end of
2013 in commemoration of 20 years of the Association of Romanian
Amateur Environmentalists. QSL via YO6CUF.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The LZ Open 40-Meter CW Sprint Contest,
PODXS 070 Club PSK 31 Flavors Contest, QRP ARCI Spring CW QSO Party,
QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC Sprint, SP DX Contest, EA
RTTY Contest, Missouri QSO Party, Texas State Parks on the Air and
the RSGB RoPoCo SSB event are all on tap for this weekend. The
NAQCC Straight Key/Bug CW Sprint, CWops Mini-CWT Test and RSGB
80-Meter Club SSB Championship are all scheduled for April 10.
