This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, QRZ DX, The Daily DX, The 599Rpt,
Berkin, TA3J and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

WESTERN SAMOA, 5W.  Atsuo, 5W1SA, has been QRV using RTTY on 15
meters around 0800 to 0900z.

CHINA, BY.  BG7YB and BG7YC are active from Haikou around 1400 to
1800z on 21400 to 21410 khz.

PORTUGAL, CT.  The Algarve DX Group will be signing CQ1C during the
IOTA Contest from Culatra Island, IOTA EU-145.  QSL via CT1GFK.

SAINT PAUL ISLAND, CY9.  Members of the West Island ARC are QRV
until July 28 as CY9CWI from IOTA NA-94.  Activity includes an entry
in the IOTA contest on 160 to 6 meters, including the newer bands.
QSL via VE2CWI.

ESTONIA, ES.  Operators from the Viimsi Radio Club are active from
Kihnu Island, IOTA EU-034, until July 27.  Look for ES2WX/0,
ES2RJ/0, ES2NA/0, ES2QH/0 and ES1MW/0 to operate on 50, 144, 432 and
1296 MHz with some HF.  They will be active as ES0X in the Estonian
V/U/SHF Open Field Day, July 24 and 25.  QSL via operator's
instructions.

FRANCE, F.  Thierry, F5SNY, will be active as F5SNY/p from Belle
Ile, IOTA EU-048, until July 29.  This includes an entry in the IOTA
Contest.

ENGLAND, G.  Look  for Tom, G0PSE, Ian, G3KZR, and Steve, G4EDG, to
be active as GB0SM and G5M during the IOTA Contest from Saint Mary's
Island, IOTA EU-011.  They will be here until July 29.  QSL via
G3WNI.

SAN ANDRES AND PROVIDENCIA ISLANDS, HK0.  Abel, HK0VGJ, can often be
found on 18075 khz between 2000 and 2300z.

ITALY, I.  Marco, IK0YVV, will be active until July 31 from Elba
Island, IOTA EU-028, using mainly CW.  He will enter the IOTA
Contest as IA5/IK0YVV.

GREENLAND, OX.  Fred, ON6QR, will be QRV during the IOTA contest as
OX3NUK from Nuuk, IOTA NA-018.  QSL via ON4GO.

ANTARCTICA.  R1AND can often be found between 0000 and 0200z on 160,
80 and 40 meters using CW.  QSL via RW1AI.

TURKEY, TA.  Berkin, TA3J will participate in the IOTA Contest as
TA3J/0 from Alibey Island, IOTA AS-099.

LORD HOWE ISLAND, VK9L.  VK9LK is active on 20 meters around 0500 to
0600z.  QSL via IZ0BTY.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The RSGB Islands-on-the-Air Contest is
