This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by John,
K1VWL, Jean Michel, F6AJA, Art, NN7A/V31JZ, Leo, K8PYD, Alex, LU5UL,
Tom, K8LA, Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin and Contest Corral from
QST.  Thanks to all.

MYANMAR, XZ.  JA6LDD, JH1KRC and JA1BK are active as XZ1A through
November 27 on 160 through 10 meters with 3 stations active at the
same time.  Check 3795 kHz from 1300 to 1400Z and 7002 kHz at 1130Z.
QSL via JA1BK.  Do not use registered mail or special delivery.

HEARD ISLAND DXPEDITION A NO GO FOR JANUARY 1996.  Due to
transportation problems, the Heard Island team has decided to delay
the DXpedition for one year.

CHATHAM ISLANDS, ZL7.  Jon, WB8YJF, and Leo, K8PYD, will sign ZL7CW
and ZL7PYD, respectively, in the CQ WW CW Contest.  They were
scheduled to start operations about November 21.  Look for them on
CW, RTTY and SSB on all bands 160 through 10 meters, including the
WARC bands.  QSL via their home calls.

KERGUELEN, FT5.  FT5XK has been working Europeans on 14136 kHz
around 1600z.  QSL via F6KQD.  FB1LYF will stay on Kerguelen for a
year and use the call FT5XL.  He operates CW, SSB and RTTY.

SIERRA LEONE, 9L.  Paul, 9L1PG, is vacationing stateside until
around mid December.  He will be bring a new rig and amp back to
Freetown on his return trip.  Cecil, NW8F, has shipped antennas for
80, 40 and 12 meters, so 9L1PG should start showing up on the low
bands in December.

TAJIKISTAN, EY.  EY2Q will be in the CQ WW CW DX contest as a
Multi/Single entry.  QSL via EY8CQ direct or the TARL QSL bureau.
Nodir, EY8MM, will be actively looking to work North American
stations this Winter on 160, 80 and 40 meters.

IVORY COAST, TU.  Peter, ON6TT, is in TU land for a four week Red
Cross mission.  It is not certain whether he will be doing any
amateur radio operating.

MACQUARIE ISLAND, VH0.  Warren, VH0WH, will be arriving on Macquarie
around the end of November and will be there for the full year.

SAIPAN, AH0.  JA6VZB, JR7OMD and JI3ERV be a multi-op, single
transmitter entry in the CQ WW CW DX contest as AH0T.  Only QSL via
JA6VZB, and by the bureau.

MONACO, 3A. John, K1VWL, will be active November 22 through 28.
Look for him on 1824/1828, 3523, 7023, 10105, 14005 and 18070 kHz.
He will be active in the CQ WW CW Contest.  John notes that QSLs for
his BV/K1VWL and FO0TJ operations are still available from him for
an SASE.

SEYCHELLES, S79.  Gerard, F2JD, has obtained his license for S79JD
operation and will be active until the end of November.  QSL via
F6AJA.

GALAPAGOS ISLANDS, HC8.  Operators WN4KKN, WX3N and AG9A will do a
multi-single effort in CQ WW CW DX contest signing HC8N.  QSL HC8N
and WN4KKN/HC8 via AA5BT, others via home calls.

ITU HQ GENEVA, 4U1.  A group of German radio amateurs will be active
from 4U1ITU during the CQWW CW DX contest.  QSL via DL3DXX, direct
or bureau.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  KW8N, N9DX, W0CG, WD8AUB and W9VNE
will be active as VP5FOC in the CQ WW CW DX contest as a multi/multi
entry.  QSL via W9VNE, PO Box 54482, Cincinnati, OH 45254-0482.

BELIZE, V31.  Tom, KT6V, will sign V31UA and enter single op/all
band in the CQ WW CW DX contest.  There will be activity before and
after the contest on the WARC bands.  QSL via KT6V.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, WP2.  Dave, WD5N, will operate as WP2AHW on all
bands from Saint Croix November 21 to 28.  QSL via WD5N.

PANAMA, HP.  Ellis, AA4LI, will sign AA4LI/HP1 the first two weeks
of December, concentrating on CW.  Activity will be limited to
evening hours, probably 0200 to 05000z, due to his work schedule.

EL SALVADOR, YS.  Tom, K8LA, will do a low key operation in the CQ
WW CW DX contest as YS1ZTM.

ARGENTINA, LU.  Alejandro, LU5UL, will sign AZ9W in the CQ WW CW
Contest and the ARRL 10 Meter Contest.  QSL to his 1995 CBA only.

QSL NOTE.  Art, NN7A reports that a delay at the W7 QSL bureau has
been resolved and all bureau cards he has received have been
answered as of September 30 for his V31JZ, VK3FBM and UA9F/NN7A
operations.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  For those able to recover from
Thanksgiving Day feasts, the CQ World Wide CW DX Contest is this
weekend.  See page 127 in October QST for more information.
