ARRL Blue PowerPoint Packground (PPT)

ARRL asks that all people who submit photos for possible publication in ARRL media fill out a Model Release Form. For minors, this model release form must be filled out by the child’s parent or legal guardian and submitted to ARRL before the photo will be considered for publication.
