ARRL VEC Coordinated Exam Session

Register upcoming ARRL VEC Sponsored exam session dates
and locations and order test supplies using the interactive
ARRL Exam Session Registration Form.
November to February is an EXTREMELY busy registration period, as a
majority of teams are registering their exams for the coming year.
**During this time, please allow 5-7 business days
to see your information posted to the web.**
All ARRL VEC exam session materials, including software and forms, are supplied free of charge to ARRL accredited VE Team Liaisons (leaders). We even pay for shipping to and from the VEC.
Exam session supplies are shipped out approximately 2 weeks before the exam date.
If you choose to email ([email protected]), fax (860-594-0339) or mail the information to us, please use the printer friendly session registration form.

Update, Change or Delete an Existing Exam Session
For corrections or modifications to a previously submitted exam session registration, email the updated information to [email protected].
Do not submit another registration form.
Be sure to include the liaison’s name and call sign and the test date and specific location along with the revised information.

Non-ARRL Volunteer Examiner Teams
As a courtesy we will list other VECs information as our time permits. Even if the exam session is not intended to be coordinated through the ARRL VEC, we would like to be able to share your exam date and location information with the hundreds of people who contact us daily by phone, mail, e-mail and fax.

How long for the session(s) to post to the Web?
Your ARRL VEC sponsored exam session(s) will be processed and posted to the Find an Amateur Radio License Exam Session page within 5 to 7 business days. Increased traffic at certain times of year may lengthen the processing time. For immediate responses or questions, please call 860-594-0300 or email the ARRL VEC.
